1.Общие положения
Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности (далее — «Политика») определяет порядок обработки и защиты персональных данных пользователей мобильного приложения и сайта «Mamio» (далее — «Сервис»).
Оператором обработки персональных данных является Голота Олег Юрьевич (далее — «Оператор»), действующий как физическое лицо — разработчик и владелец Сервиса. Обработка данных осуществляется в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 27.07.2006 №152-ФЗ «О персональных данных».
Используя Сервис, пользователь подтверждает, что ознакомился с условиями настоящей Политики и даёт согласие на обработку своих персональных данных на изложенных ниже условиях.
2.Термины
Пользователь — физическое лицо (родитель/законный представитель ребёнка), использующее Сервис.
Персональные данные — любая информация, относящаяся прямо или косвенно к определённому или определяемому Пользователю.
Обработка персональных данных — любое действие с персональными данными: сбор, запись, хранение, изменение, использование, передача, удаление.
Данные ребёнка — сведения о детях Пользователя (имя, дата рождения, показатели роста и развития, записи трекеров), вносимые в Сервис самим Пользователем как законным представителем ребёнка.
3.Какие данные мы собираем
В зависимости от того, как вы используете Сервис, мы можем обрабатывать следующие категории данных:
Контактные данные — адрес электронной почты (обязателен для входа), имя (по желанию).
Данные о здоровье ребёнка — рост, вес, окружность головы, прививки, курсы приёма лекарств, записи трекеров сна/кормления/прогулок — вносятся Пользователем добровольно.
Геопозиция — точные координаты устройства, используются только для поиска мероприятий и мест рядом с пользователем, запрашиваются с явного разрешения ОС.
Фотографии — фото ребёнка и записи фотодневника, загружаемые Пользователем по собственному желанию.
Пользовательский контент — комментарии и заметки к записям трекеров.
Идентификатор учётной записи — технический ID для синхронизации данных между устройствами.
Данные об использовании — обезличенная статистика взаимодействия с интерфейсом (какие экраны/функции используются) — для улучшения Сервиса.
Сервис не запрашивает и не хранит платёжные данные, не имеет доступа к адресной книге устройства и не собирает данные о состоянии здоровья, расе, религии, политических взглядах и иные специальные категории данных о самом Пользователе.
4.Цели обработки данных
Регистрация и вход в учётную запись (одноразовый код на email, без пароля).
Синхронизация данных о детях и трекерах между устройствами Пользователя.
Отображение мероприятий и мест рядом с Пользователем на карте.
Сравнение показателей роста и развития ребёнка со стандартами Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ).
Улучшение функциональности и стабильности Сервиса на основе обезличенной статистики.
5.Данные о детях
Сервис предназначен для использования взрослыми Пользователями — родителями или законными представителями ребёнка. Все данные о ребёнке вносятся в Сервис самим Пользователем, самостоятельно принимающим решение об объёме вносимой информации. Сервис не собирает данные непосредственно от детей и не предназначен для самостоятельного использования детьми.
6.Хранение и защита данных
Данные Пользователей хранятся на серверах, физически расположенных на территории Российской Федерации. Передача данных между приложением и сервером происходит по защищённому каналу связи (HTTPS/TLS).
Оператор принимает необходимые организационные и технические меры для защиты персональных данных от неправомерного или случайного доступа, уничтожения, изменения, блокирования, копирования, распространения.
7.Передача данных третьим лицам
Оператор не продаёт и не передаёт персональные данные Пользователей третьим лицам в рекламных или маркетинговых целях. Данные могут передаваться исключительно техническим подрядчикам, обеспечивающим работу Сервиса:
хостинг-провайдеру — для хранения данных на сервере;
почтовому сервису — для отправки одноразового кода входа на email Пользователя.
Такие подрядчики получают доступ только к данным, необходимым для выполнения технической функции, и не вправе использовать их в собственных целях.
8.Права пользователя
Пользователь вправе в любой момент:
получить сведения о том, какие данные о нём и его ребёнке хранятся в Сервисе;
исправить или дополнить свои данные — непосредственно в приложении;
отозвать согласие на обработку данных и потребовать их удаления;
удалить учётную запись и все связанные с ней данные безвозвратно — в приложении: «Семья» → значок настроек → «Удалить аккаунт». Удаление необратимо и происходит немедленно.
По любым вопросам, связанным с обработкой персональных данных, Пользователь может обратиться к Оператору по адресу, указанному в разделе «Контакты».
9.Изменения политики
Оператор вправе вносить изменения в настоящую Политику. Актуальная редакция всегда доступна на этой странице с указанием даты последнего обновления. Продолжение использования Сервиса после внесения изменений означает согласие с обновлённой редакцией.
Политика доступна на русском и английском языках. При расхождении между текстами приоритет имеет русская версия.

1.General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how personal data of users of the Mamio mobile application and website (the “Service”) is processed and protected.
The personal data controller is Oleg Yurievich Golota (the “Controller”), an individual who develops and owns the Service. Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and, where applicable, other data protection laws of the user’s country of residence.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.
2.Definitions
User — an individual (a parent or legal guardian of a child) who uses the Service.
Personal data — any information relating, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable User.
Processing — any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, modification, use, transfer and deletion.
Child data — information about the User’s children (name, date of birth, growth and development measurements, tracker entries) entered into the Service by the User as the child’s legal guardian.
3.Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process the following categories of data:
Contact details — email address (required to sign in) and name (optional).
Child health data — height, weight, head circumference, vaccinations, medication courses, sleep/feeding/walk tracker entries — provided voluntarily by the User.
Location — precise device coordinates, used solely to find events and places near the User and requested only with explicit operating-system permission.
Photos — photos of the child and photo diary entries uploaded by the User at their own discretion.
User content — comments and notes attached to tracker entries.
Account identifier — a technical ID used to sync data across devices.
Usage data — anonymized statistics on interface interactions (which screens and features are used), collected to improve the Service.
The Service does not request or store payment information, does not access the device’s contacts, and does not collect data about the User’s own health, race, religion, political views or other special categories of personal data.
4.Purposes of Processing
Account registration and sign-in (a one-time code sent by email; no password).
Syncing child and tracker data across the User’s devices.
Showing events and places near the User on the map.
Comparing the child’s growth and development measurements with World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
Improving the functionality and stability of the Service based on anonymized statistics.
5.Children’s Data
The Service is intended for adult Users — parents or legal guardians of a child. All child data is entered by the User, who alone decides how much information to provide. The Service does not collect data directly from children and is not intended to be used by children on their own.
6.Data Storage and Security
User data is stored on servers physically located in the Russian Federation. Data is transmitted between the app and the server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
The Controller takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and disclosure.
7.Sharing with Third Parties
The Controller does not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with technical service providers that keep the Service running:
a hosting provider — to store data on the server;
an email service — to deliver the one-time sign-in code to the User’s email address.
These providers receive access only to the data required to perform their technical function and may not use it for their own purposes.
8.Your Rights
At any time, you may:
request information about what data concerning you and your child is stored in the Service;
correct or supplement your data — directly in the app;
withdraw your consent to processing and request deletion of your data;
delete your account and all associated data permanently — in the app: “Family” → settings icon → “Delete account”. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

9.Users Outside Russia
If you use the Service from outside the Russian Federation, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or other countries with their own data protection laws, please note the following:
Legal basis. We process your data on the basis of your consent and to provide the Service you have requested (performance of a contract).
International transfer. Your data is stored and processed in the Russian Federation. Data protection laws there may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in Russia.
Retention. Data is kept for as long as your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account.
Additional rights. Depending on your country, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children. The Service is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children; child data is entered only by a parent or legal guardian.

10.Changes to This Policy
The Controller may update this Policy from time to time. The current version, with the date of the latest update, is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means you accept the updated Policy.
This Policy is available in Russian and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Russian version prevails.
